I am writing this letter to you in hopes that if you ever have a situation similar to my own, I freely give you permission to have your pros pective client contact me for a personal recommendation. To begin with: Why I chose you as our agent. I needed someone who could fairly and professionally handle the sale of our houses during a very difficult divorce.
